What does golf and ballet have in common?

Building Possibility Together

Rotation & Control

Like ballet, a golf swing is controlled chaos—a precise sequence of posture, balance, rotation, and power.

If one link in that sequence isn’t firing properly, you lose consistency, control, distance... and oftentimes, your patience.

Barre training strengthens the deep core and stabilizing muscles that control the pelvis, support the spine, and keep the lower and upper body connected through rotation. Barre also inherently conditions the rotator cuff—a frequently troublesome muscle group for golfers.

As your personal trainer, I integrate this style of training to meet the specific demands of your golf game—creating a cleaner, more powerful, and repeatable swing... and potentially less frustration on the green!

Client Complement:

“I’ve always considered myself athletic, but at 68, barre training wasn’t something I ever thought would help my golf game. Gabrielle came highly recommended, so I gave it a try. I was surprised by how challenging and specific the training was. I feel more stable over the ball, my rotation is easier, and I’m making more consistent contact without trying to force the swing with my arms. I can feel the difference on the course—and in how my body feels afterward.”
