Prioritize and discipline yourself to move daily. Just 10 minutes of sustained, intentional movement can elevate your mood, reduce stress, and sharpen your mental clarity. Our bodies are designed to move every day—you just have to choose the kind of movement that restores your nervous system. This will look different depending on the season you're in, or where you are in your cycle. Some days it's a 50-minute full-body barre class; other days, it’s 10 minutes of stretch-and-restore. Both are enough. What matters is that you show up.
