Here you will find short workouts ranging from 5-10 min that you can do anywhere. I created the channel to help you get moving when time and motivation are in short supply.
The channel was actually inspired by one of my clients who asked, "can we just stay in the warm up?" She said this jokingly of course. But she was on to something. It takes at least 2 min of constant movement for your body to start using oxygen to burn fat. That's why a warm up is about 3-7 min. And why you will find these videos short and sweet. Just enough to get you moving when you need it most.
