  • The class flow is designed to maximize body alignment,  maximizing  results !

  • Each class is packed with variety to keep your body sculpting to new levels.

 

  • We  warm up to get the blood flowing & prep your alignment for the movements ahead.

  • We then flow through the exercises sequences, with modifications and education tips offered and you finish feeling toned and refreshed. 

 

 

 

Total body barre classes will range in intensity and are labeled to help you select the classes that best suit your energy levels for that day. Although it is important to challenge yourself it's equally important to respect where you are at right now both in energy and in strength. This intensity scale is designed to help prevent burn out by allowing you to choose what you need for that day as well as track your progress as you become stronger. 

 

No barre is actually required so take your workouts anywhere and at your convenience.
