Berry and Hempseed Cereal.

We don't always have time to cook a hot breakfast and well sometimes you just want something cool and refreshing.



You can create your own plant based & gluten free breakfast in seconds with simple ingredients.


For this breakfast I used:

  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1/2 cup of fresh (pre cut) strawberries

  • 1 tbsp of dried coconut

  • Almond milk ( about 1/3 cup)



Get Creative

You can mix up the Berrys or use a combination of fruit. And the coconut could be sliced almonds or walnuts or anything else you prefer. Sometimes I even add a tablespoon or 2 of granola. The key is to keep whatever fruit you use 1/2 cup or under. Fruit is NOT the enemy, but just like all foods too much goes to waste ... or to your waist.



Hemp Seeds Are High in Protein.

They pack 10 g of complete plan proteins, 12 g of omega's per serving, only 1 carb and they are loaded with iron and magnesium. They do contain 15g of fat per serving os keep that in mind when choosing any additional nuts or fat source to add in.



Consuming adequate amounts of iron and magnesium in healthy foods help cub craving for chocolate and sweets. #bonus
